4. Home Visit Safety

To ensure safe service delivery, the User shall:

  • Provide a clean, hygienic, and safe environment.
  • Ensure safe access to the patient’s location.
  • Keep pets or potentially dangerous animals under control.
  • Inform the Company of any security concerns in advance.
  • Ensure that the assigned healthcare professional is not exposed to hazardous conditions.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services where the environment is considered unsafe.

5. Safety of Healthcare Professionals

The Company maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards any form of:

  • Physical assault.
  • Verbal abuse.
  • Threats.
  • Harassment.
  • Sexual harassment.
  • Discrimination.
  • Intimidation.
  • Violence.

Any such conduct may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of services.
  • Refusal of future bookings.
  • Reporting to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  • Initiation of civil or criminal legal proceedings, wherever applicable.

6. Identity Verification

For safety purposes, the Company may verify the identity of:

  • Patients.
  • Family Members.
  • Authorized Representatives.
  • Healthcare Professionals.

Users may be required to provide identity documents where reasonably necessary for service delivery or legal compliance.

7. Infection Prevention and Hygiene

    disclosure, misuse, alteration or loss.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
    and should immediately notify the Company of any suspected unauthorised access.

Users shall not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Company’s website or systems.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.
  • Use automated tools to extract data without written permission.
  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful online activities.

Violation of these provisions may result in suspension of access and appropriate legal action.

  • Immediately report emergencies through appropriate emergency services where necessary.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may affect continuation of services.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Unsafe conditions at the service location.
  • Actions or omissions of third parties beyond the Company’s control.
  • Medical emergencies requiring immediate hospital intervention.

The Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.

14. Force Majeure
